Turns out people want to know how to actually make money with @openclaw, not just play with it.

So here's Part 2.

5 more business models I'm seeing print real revenue right now. Different from yesterday's list. Same level of detail.

If you missed Part 1, go read that first. This builds on it.

1. White-Label AI for Agencies

Marketing agencies, consultants, and service providers want to offer AI solutions to their clients but they don't have time to learn the tech.

You become their backend.

You build and maintain AI assistants that agencies resell under their own brand. They handle sales and client relationships. You handle the build.

Pricing model:

  • Setup fee: $2,000-5,000 per client they bring
  • Monthly management: $300-800 per active assistant
  • Revenue share option: 20-30% of what they charge their clients

One person I know runs white-label AI for 4 agencies. Each agency has 5-10 clients. That's 20-40 assistants generating $6,000-32,000/month in recurring revenue (and he never talks to an end client).

Find agencies already selling automation or VA services. They're desperate for this.

2. AI-Powered Content Studio

Don't think of this model as freelancing. Think of it like you’re running a production company where AI does 80% of the work.

You hire 1-2 editors and reviewers. Your AI assistants handle research, first drafts, repurposing, scheduling, and distribution. Humans handle quality control and client calls.

What you can offer:

  • Blog content packages: $2,000-5,000/month
  • Full social media management: $3,000-8,000/month
  • Podcast production (show notes, clips, distribution): $1,500-4,000/month

Your margins are insane because your "team" is mostly AI. A 3-person operation can output what used to require 10-15 people.

The positioning: "Full-service content studio"

Clients don't need to know how you deliver. They just see consistent output at scale.

3. Niche Vertical Solutions

Skills are plugins. This is the whole machine.

Pick one industry. Build a complete AI assistant solution designed specifically for how they work.

Examples:

  • Real estate agents: Lead follow-up, listing descriptions, showing scheduling, market reports, client nurturing
  • E-commerce brands: Inventory alerts, customer service drafts, review responses, restock predictions
  • Coaches/consultants: Client onboarding, session prep, follow-up sequences, content from calls

With this model you're selling a turnkey system.

Pricing: $3,000-10,000 setup + $500-1,500/month

The narrower the niche, the more you can charge.

"AI assistant for Amazon wholesale sellers" beats "AI assistant for e-commerce" every time.

4. AI Implementation Consulting

Most businesses know they should be using AI but they have no idea where to start.

You do audits.

Walk into a business (virtually), map their workflows, identify the 3-5 areas where AI assistants would save the most time or money, and deliver a roadmap.

Deliverable: A prioritized implementation plan with ROI estimates, tool recommendations, and build specs.

Pricing:

  • Quick audit (2-3 hours): $500-1,500
  • Deep dive (full workflow mapping): $3,000-7,500
  • Audit + implementation: $10,000-25,000

This works especially well if you also offer the build because the audit becomes your sales process for done-for-you services.

But plenty of consultants just sell the strategy and hand off execution. Both work.

5. Paid Community for AI Operators

There's a growing tribe of people building, running, and managing AI assistants. They need a place to learn from each other.

You build that place.

What's inside:

  • Template library (skills, prompts, workflows)
  • Live implementation calls (watch someone build)
  • Private Discord/Slack for troubleshooting
  • Early access to new tools and updates

Pricing: $29-99/month or $297-997/year

At 200 members paying $49/month, that's $9,800/month recurring. At 500 members, $24,500/month.

The play: Build your audience first through free content (YouTube, X, newsletter). Convert the most engaged followers into paying members. The community sells itself through word of mouth.
