The Profitable Path Less Traveled: Selling the Unsexy Products on Amazon

Everyone wants to sell sexy categories on Amazon.

But people are sleeping on the unsexy products that print cash.

Things like:

-tools
-automotive
-industrial & scientific
-garden & outdoor

The competition in these categories is so much slimmer.

I’d rather not compete with the 19-year-old OA seller fresh off his first course.

Selling Nike socks, Stanley tumblers, etc.

He probably doesn’t know his numbers.

So he’ll undercut me thinking he’s making a profit.

When in reality we’re both losing money.

I’ll stick to selling the unsexy, boring stuff.

-car accessories
-epoxy putty

Less competition.

More profitable.
